The Colony, City by the Lake, is one of the best-kept secrets in the heart of North Texas.  The Colony sits on 15.7 square miles filled with outdoor adventure, live entertainment, retail shopping, unique restaurant and bar amenities.

Only 20 miles north of Dallas, The Colony is conveniently located on SH 121, the Sam Rayburn Tollway, six miles east of I-35E and 2 miles west of the Dallas North Tollway and less than 20 miles from the DFW International Airport.
